1. The Government of Uzbekistan has received a loan from the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) for the implementation of the Sustainable Rural Development Project and intends to use a portion of this loan to finance eligible payments for contract work under the following contract for the performance of contract work in the Bukhara region:
2. OFID-BKH-SH-W-01 "Construction of a pedestrian bridge over the "Goziobod" canal in "Sakhovat" MCA of Bukhara district and reconstruction of a bridge in the "Havzak" MCA of Gijduvan district between the village of Havzak and "Havzak" MCA.
3. The Joint Projects Implementation Group under the Ministry of Economy and Finance hereby invites eligible participants to submit sealed tender proposals for the execution of the aforementioned works. Tender bidding will be conducted in accordance with the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures established by the Islamic Bank in the Guidelines for the Procurement of Goods, Works, and Related Services in the Financing of IsDB Projects, published in April 2019, and any participants from eligible countries may participate in it, as defined in the Guidelines.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain more detailed information from the Joint Project Implementation Group under the Ministry of Economy and Finance and review the tender documentation during business hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the address below.
5. The full set of tender documentation in Russian can be obtained by interested participants after submitting a written request via email or in person at the Customer's address.
6. Tender proposals must be prepared in accordance with the requirements of the tender documentation and submitted in sealed form to the address indicated below no later than the deadline established in the tender documentation. Proposals received after the established deadline will not be considered.
7. The opening of bids will be carried out in the presence of representatives of the bidders who have expressed a desire to attend, on the date, time, and place specified in the tender documentation.
