1. The Government of Uzbekistan has received a loan from the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) for the implementation of the Sustainable Rural Development Project and intends to use part of the proceeds of this loan to finance eligible payments under the following contract for works in Navoi Region:

OFID-NAV-SH-W-02 “Construction, reconstruction and major repair of bridge structures, including major repair of the bridge located on “Kiyot” Street of “Kalovat” MCA of Karmana district, construction of a pedestrian bridge connecting the “Katta masjid” and “Ayronchi” mahallas to ensure the safety of residents and schoolchildren, reconstruction of the bridge between Uyrot and Ayronchi mahallas, as well as construction of a pedestrian bridge on the territory of “Kelachi” MCA of Navbahor district”.
3. The Joint Projects Implementation Group under the Ministry of Economy and Finance hereby invites eligible bidders to submit sealed tender offers for the execution of the above-mentioned works. The bidding will be conducted in accordance with the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures established by the Islamic Bank in the Procurement Guidelines for Goods, Works and Related Services under IsDB Project Finance, published in April 2019, and is open to any bidders from eligible countries as defined in the guidelines.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Joint Projects Implementation Group under the Ministry of Economy and Finance and inspect the tender documents during working hours from 9:00 to 18:00 at the address indicated below.
5. A complete set of tender documents in Russian may be obtained by interested bidders upon submission of a written request by email or in person at the Employer’s address.
6. Bids must be prepared in accordance with the requirements of the tender documents and submitted in sealed form to the address indicated below, no later than the deadline specified in the tender documents. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered.
7. The opening of bids will take place in the presence of representatives of bidders who wish to attend, on the date, time and place specified in the tender documents.
