The Joint Projects Implementation Unit under the Ministry of Economy and Finance, within the framework of the Sustainable Rural Development Project, announces the launch of the selection process for individual consultants to develop the Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP), in accordance with the Terms of Reference, in four project regions: the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Khorezm, Bukhara, and Navoi regions.
Important:
The selection of consultants will be conducted separately for each region. Each region is considered as an independent lot, and one consultant will be selected for each region. The Joint Projects Implementation unit under the Ministry of Economy and Finance announces the start of the selection procedure for an individual consultant to develop the Environmental and Social Management Plan for construction facilities.
The overall objective of the consulting services includes:
- Preparation of ESIA (if required)
- Development of ESMP
- Preparation of RAP or DDR (if required)
- Analysis of environmental and social impacts
- Development of impact mitigation measures
- Preparation of monitoring plans
- Submission of final reports to the JPIU and the OPEC Fund.
