International consultants conducted a workshop for JPIU staff

"Renardet SA & Partners, Consulting Engineers", representing international consultancy, organized a training seminar for the staff of the Joint Project Implementation Unit under the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

The seminar brought together specialists from the finance, procurement, monitoring and construction organization departments of the JPIU.

The workshop covered key topics such as methods and types of procurement management, financial management, and Islamic Development Bank standards and protocols applied in procurement. The participants deepened their knowledge on the specifics of construction works within the framework of investment projects, nuances of tendering, contract award and management.

At the end of the training program, employees were given the opportunity to ask questions and receive detailed consultations on topics of interest.
