Design work has begun on selected subprojects in Khorezm region

Specialists of “Rhythm Plus” and “Loyiha Qurilish Lyuks” with the assistance of JPIU and UNDP staff designed project sites and held a series of meetings with representatives of initiative groups and mahalla citizens of 49 target mahallas, during which the planned projects were studied in detail and issues of planning of joint activities and interaction of the parties involved in the program were discussed.

On the same days, specialists of “Rhythm Plus” and “Loyiha Qurilish Lyuks” started designing objects in Urgench and Bagat districts of Khorezm region.

It should be reminded that within the framework of the Sustainable Rural Development project in 49 villages of 6 districts of Khorezm region (In Urgench district – 8, In Bagat district – 8, In Khanka district – 8, In Yangibazar district – 8, In Yangibazar district – 9, In Hazorasp district – 8, In Gurlan district – 8), it is planned to implement 205 infrastructure projects to improve drinking water supply systems, electrical networks, repair and reconstruction of schools, pre-school institutions and rural health centers, internal roads, etc.
