Organized a seminar on pre-project training of specialists

In preparation for the second phase of the Sustainable Rural Development Project, a training workshop was jointly organized with UNDP. Regional facilitators from Samarkand, Kashkadarya, and Surkhandarya regions gathered to participate in the training, which is being held in Karshi city.

During the three-day workshop, participants have the opportunity to learn skills for effective interaction with the population and to acquire conflict resolution techniques through theoretical lectures and a variety of interactive sessions conducted by experts.

Additionally, as part of the training aimed at improving the professional skills of regional facilitators, an exchange of experience in the development of community development plans is planned.
