A meeting was held with the mission of IsDB within the framework of the Sustainable Rural Development Project

A meeting with the mission of the Islamic Development Bank, which is a donor organization of the Sustainable Rural Development Project, was held at the office of the Joint Projects Implementation Unit under the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

The Bank’s Operations Team Leader Agriculture Infrastructure Wahyu Wijayanto, Project Management Specialist Daniyar Akbassov, and staff of the JPIU took part in the next IsDB mission in Uzbekistan.

During the meeting, the parties analyzed the work done in the fourth quarter of 2023 under the Sustainable Rural Development Project. In particular, the works on construction and repair of 900 social facilities in 4 regions and the construction of 40 centers of mahalla household services were defined. To date, relevant decisions and documents on constructing 102 new facilities have been approved. Within the framework of the meeting held with the mission of the Islamic Development Bank, the organization of construction works on separate objects of different categories was discussed.
