Meeting held with Islamic Development Bank representatives on cooperation issues

A meeting was held with representatives of the mission led by Mr. Ali Muhammad Khan, Head of the Almaty Regional Hub of the Islamic Development Bank.

During the meeting, the parties discussed joint projects being implemented in cooperation with the Islamic Development Bank. Currently, the Sustainable Rural Development and Integrated Rural Development Projects are being implemented in seven regions of the republic and are aimed at improving living conditions for the population in remote areas, as well as enhancing opportunities in the social and infrastructure sectors.

During the discussions, the parties thoroughly reviewed the current status of cooperation and future plans. Particular attention was paid to the application of experience gained through joint projects for the timely and high-quality implementation of subprojects, the training of qualified personnel, and the development of new mechanisms for engaging with local communities.
