IsDB Mission to Review Procurement Arrangements Commences

Within the framework of the Integrated Rural Development Project (Phase II), implemented with the support of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), a new mission focused on the review and assessment of procurement processes has commenced.

On the first day of the mission, a meeting was held at the Joint Projects Implementation Unit with the participation of IsDB procurement specialists. During the meeting, information was presented on procurement activities carried out under the project to date, and other items on the mission agenda were discussed and agreed upon.

As part of the mission, site visits to project locations in the Samarkand, Kashkadarya, and Surkhandarya regions are also planned to review ongoing construction and reconstruction works under the Integrated Rural Development Project.
