Infrastructure of Mahallas in Khonka District is being upgraded

Reconstruction and major repair works are actively ongoing in the regions within the framework of the Sustainable Rural Development Project.

The territory of the “Guliston” mahalla citizens’ assembly in Khonqa district of Khorezm region has also been included in the project. To date, reconstruction works of 7.8 km of the drinking water supply network have been completed in the mahalla.

In addition, work is currently underway in Guliston mahalla to repair 16.62 km of internal roads, reconstruct 10.7 km of the electricity network, construct 2 km of pedestrian walkways, and concrete 4.5 km of irrigation canals.
